6. Payments, instalments & discounts
Online payments are processed by certified providers (Alpha e-Commerce, PayPal). At the clinic, for amounts over €200, up to 12 interest-free instalments are available with a credit card, subject to the issuing bank's terms. A 20% student discount applies to aesthetic treatments and laser hair removal on presentation of a valid student ID at the first visit; it is recorded in our system and we may ask to see it again. It does not apply to medical/injectable treatments, packages or products, and cannot be combined with other offers.
7. Governing law
Greek law applies; the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Appointments, cancellations & minors
- Appointments are confirmed by a separate email/SMS from ND Facemed PC.
- You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, from your profile on topmedical.app or by contacting us.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
- There is no charge for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows; after repeated no-shows without notice, a deposit may be requested (see Refund Policy).
- Minors: for anyone under 18, the appointment is booked by a parent or guardian, who is present at the visit and signs a written consent. Aesthetic treatments (laser hair removal, facial cleansing) are available from age 16; medical and injectable treatments are for adults only.
10. Gift Cards
FaceMed offers electronic gift cards that are purchased online and delivered via email to the recipient, either immediately or on a date chosen by the purchaser. The following terms apply to their purchase and use:
- Value: Available in predetermined values (€40, €60, €80, €100, €200) or with a free amount from €20 to €1,000.
- Validity: The gift card is valid for 12 months from its issue date. After its expiry, it cannot be redeemed or renewed, and its amount is non-refundable.
- Redemption: It can be redeemed for clinic services and online store products, by using its unique code. Partial redemption is permitted — the remaining balance stays available on the card until its expiry — as is combination with another payment method.
- Restrictions: The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be exchanged for a monetary amount, and cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- Code Security: The gift card code is equivalent to a value; whoever possesses it can redeem it. Please keep it secure. In case of loss or suspected unauthorised use, contact us immediately — provided the card has not been redeemed, it will be deactivated and reissued.
- Right of Withdrawal: For online gift card purchases, a right of withdrawal applies for 14 calendar days from the purchase, provided the gift card has not been redeemed in whole or in part (Greek Law 2251/1994). To exercise this right, contact us at +30 210 69 29 999.
- Medical Suitability: Redemption for treatments requires medical assessment; if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for the holder, the amount can be allocated to another service or product of equal value.
