1. Appointment cancellation & changes
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance — from your profile on topmedical.app or by contacting us. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. There is no charge for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows; however, after repeated no-shows without notice, a deposit may be requested for your next appointment.
2. Deposits
A deposit may be requested for surgical and minor surgical procedures, as well as in cases of repeated no-shows. The amount is set by our front desk at the time of booking and is deducted from the final cost of the service. In case of a no-show without at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Doctor's assessment & surgical procedures
The assessment with a doctor is a standalone service, charged according to our current price list. If a treatment performed by a doctor follows, the assessment fee is deducted from the cost of that treatment. The deduction does not apply to aesthetic treatments or laser hair removal. We do not provide written quotes for surgical procedures; an assessment with the plastic surgeon is required, charged as above and deducted if the procedure goes ahead.
4. Packages & gift cards
Treatment packages and gift cards are non-refundable but transferable to another person. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and may be partially redeemed (details: Terms of Use, §10).
5. Online purchases
14-day right of withdrawal applies.
